Eating and exercise
Healthy eating and regular exercise are important for the overall good health of you and your baby. Your baby is built from the nutrients in the foods you eat and you need the energy boost nutritious foods provide. But diet alone isn’t enough to keep you feeling your best during pregnancy; you need regular exercise too. It’s a fact that women who exercise regularly during pregnancy tend to have fewer discomforts than women who don’t. This section will help you make healthy eating and lifestyle choices while you wait for baby to arrive.
