Health resources
- Medical Services Plan premium assistance
- The BC HealthGuide OnLine provides information on common health topics, tests, procedures and other resources. This service is available to B.C. and Yukon residents only. To log on, you will need your postal code.
- The BC NurseLine offers health information and advice through a toll-free telephone line (1-866-215-4700). A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or you can talk to a pharmacist from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m., 7 days a week. The service is also available for those who are deaf or hearing impaired. Translation services are available in 130 languages.
- BC HealthFiles provide information on a wide range of health and safety related subjects. For ease of use, files are listed alphabetically.
- BCHealthFile translations in Chinese, Punjabi, Spanish, Portugese, Vietnamese and French are also available.
First aid
- Canadian Red Cross Society

- St. John Ambulance
